What it covers

On a building site the waste is a constant, and the question is only how it leaves. A skip needs a permit if it stands on the road, takes up the space the deliveries need, and sits there half full while you pay for the hire. A grab lorry needs room to swing. We load what is there, from where it is, and take it away the same visit, as often as the site needs it: at the end of a stage, once a week, or for the final clear before handover. It is priced from £245, by the load and never by the day, so the price does not move however long the loading takes, and contracts are welcome for regular collections. CSCS cards are held for site work, RAMS and COSHH assessments come before we start, and a waste transfer note comes with every load. Hardcore and clean timber are cheaper as single-material loads. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.
