What it covers

Moving to somewhere smaller is mostly a sorting job, and the hard part is rarely the furniture. It is the spare room that has been the spare room for twenty years, the loft nobody has been up into since the children left, the garage with a workbench in it and the shed at the end of the garden. Most people we clear for on a downsize have already decided what is going with them, and what they want from us is for everything else to be gone on a day that fits the move. That can be the week before, so the packers walk into rooms with only the right things left in them, or it can be the day after the van has gone, when the house is down to what nobody wanted. Either works. Tell us which rooms, send a few photos or a video round the house, and you get a price in writing for exactly that, with nothing added on the day. If some of it is still good, it goes to local charities rather than into the back of the vehicle with the rest. Before is better for most people, because the removals company is quoted on less and the packing day is calmer. After is better when you are still deciding, and a house with only the leftovers in it is quicker to clear and cheaper to price. Lofts come down through the hatch, garages and sheds are emptied to bare floor, and the garden furniture goes with them if you want it to. Each of those is priced into the one figure, so there is no second visit to pay for. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.

I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!! The whole team were totally amazing! From the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy. We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them. To the whole team, thank you!
