What it covers

A warehouse clearance is a matter of scale. The waste is mostly the same as anywhere else, pallets, packaging, broken racking, old stock and the office in the corner, but there is a great deal of it, it has often been accumulating since the last tenant, and there is usually a date by which the floor has to be clear. We price it by the load rather than by the day, so the price stays the price however long the loading takes, and it starts from £495 for a clearance. A warehouse strip out goes further, taking out racking, mezzanine fit-outs, plant, partitions and services back to the shell, from £1,495. Both are quoted in writing from photos or a visit, contracts are welcome for regular clearances, and RAMS, COSHH assessments and a waste transfer note come with the job. Our own photographs include a plant deck taken back to bare concrete. Clearance takes out what is stored and dumped there, from £495. A strip out takes the racking, plant and fit-out back to the shell, from £1,495. RAMS and COSHH assessments before we start, and a waste transfer note when we finish. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.

I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!! The whole team were totally amazing! From the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy. We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them. To the whole team, thank you!
