Every hoarded home is somebody's home. Rooms are cleared one at a time and sorted as they go, so the things that matter to the person who lives there are found and kept, not lost in a bag.
I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Nobody who rings us about a hoarded home is told off for it. It is a job, done carefully, and the person whose home it is decides what stays.
When the family is arranging it
Often the call comes from a son or a daughter, a niece, or a neighbour who has been worried for a while, and the person who lives in the house is not sure about any of it. That is normal, and it is why these jobs go room by room. The first visit might be one room, the kitchen so it can be used again, or the hall so the front door opens properly, and the rest follows when the person is ready for it. Everything is sorted as it comes out rather than swept into bags, because in a full house the things that matter are mixed in with the things that do not: the post, the photographs, the bank cards, the ring that went missing three years ago. Tell us what to look out for and we look out for it, and anything that might matter is put aside for the family to go through. If you know of anything in the house you are worried about, tell us before the day, with a photograph if you can, and we will say honestly whether it is something we can take.
Going at their pace
If the person living there wants to be in the room, they can be. If they need a break, we stop.
Where it goes
Everything goes to a transfer station and what can be recycled is recycled. Nothing is left outside the house for the neighbours to see.
Questions people ask
Will you judge the house?
No. It is a house that needs clearing, and that is all it is to us.
Does the person who lives there have to agree?
We clear what we are asked to clear by the person whose home it is, or by whoever has the say over it. If there is any doubt, that is settled before we come.
Can it be done over several days?
Yes. Room by room, over as many visits as it needs. Say so when you ask for the price.
What if something important turns up?
It is set aside, not loaded, for the family or the person who lives there to go through.
How is a hoarder clearance priced?
Quoted separately, in writing, from photographs or a walk round, before anything is booked. Nothing to pay until the job is done.
Can you clear the garden as well?
Yes, in the same visit or as its own job. Photograph it with the rest.
