Offices, shops, warehouses and sites, emptied and handed back. A single shop unit or a whole site, the work is the same: carried out, loaded and taken away, and the floor swept behind us. Every job is priced by the load rather than by the day, so the price is the price, and RAMS, COSHH assessments and waste transfer notes are provided for every commercial job. Commercial clearance is a matter of planning as much as lifting. There is usually a date, the end of a lease or the start of somebody else's fit-out, a building with its own rules about loading bays, lifts and working hours, and a landlord, an agent or a liquidator who needs the paperwork as much as the space. So we start with the plan: what goes, what stays, how we get it out and when, and a written price that does not move however long the loading takes, because we price by the load rather than by the day. Offices start at £495, shops, pubs and restaurants at £395, construction sites at £245, and full strip outs are priced on their own pages. RAMS and COSHH assessments come before we start, a waste transfer note when we finish, CSCS cards are held for site work, and contracts are welcome for regular clearances.
