What it covers

A garage that has stopped being a garage is usually one of two kinds. There is the concrete sectional garage from the sixties or seventies, panels bolted together under a corrugated roof, and there is the brick or block garage that has been leaking for a decade. Either way the owner wants the space back, for a garden, a drive or a garden room, and the garage has to come down first. We take it down in order, roof first, then the walls and the doors, break out the base if it is going, and load every piece of it. The one thing that has to happen before anyone lifts a tool is finding out what the roof is made of, because a lot of older garage roofs are asbestos cement sheeting, and that is removed by a licensed specialist, not by us. Garage demolition starts from £899, quoted in writing from photos or a visit, including taking the waste away. If it is full, it is cleared first on the same quote. Old corrugated garage roofs are often asbestos cement. A survey tells you, and a licensed specialist removes it before we start. Broken out and taken away if the ground is being reused, or left as hardstanding if you want to keep it. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.

I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!! The whole team were totally amazing! From the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy. We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them. To the whole team, thank you!
