I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Why units end up being cleared
Most units were only ever meant to be for a few months. A move that took longer than planned, a parent's furniture after they downsized, stock from a business that has since closed, the contents of a house nobody had the heart to clear at the time. Then the months become years and the unit becomes a standing order. Clearing it is simpler than it feels: tell us the site, the unit number and the hours, send a photograph from the door with the shutter fully up, and you are told the load size and the price before anything is booked. On the day it is emptied front to back, using the site's own trolleys or lift where it has them, anything you want kept is put to one side for you, and the unit is swept out ready to hand back. If you would like to be there to pick through it as it comes out, you can be. If you have more than one unit, say so when you ask and it is priced as one job.

Where it goes
What can be recycled is recycled and the rest goes to a transfer station. The unit is left empty and swept.
Some of it may be worth something. Furniture and antiques are worth a photograph before they go, because we have somebody who buys.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be at the storage site?
That depends on the site. Many want the person whose name is on the unit there, or a note to the office saying who is coming. Check with them and tell us.
Can you work inside the site's opening hours?
Yes. Tell us the gate hours and the job is planned round them.
How do I know what load size the unit is?
Photograph it from the door with the shutter fully up, and give us the unit size if you know it.
Can any of it be sold?
Some of it may be worth something. We have somebody who buys furniture and antiques, so photograph those and ask.
How is a storage unit priced?
Off the load sizes on the price list, from from £99.99, including VAT. Nothing to pay until the job is done.
Can you clear more than one unit?
Yes. Say so when you ask and it is priced as one job.
