For landlords and the people who manage property for them. The last occupant has gone, the place is empty in name only, and it has to be ready for the next one. Tell us the address and the date.
More about it
A void is a property costing you money while it stands empty. What has to happen is simple: whatever was left inside comes out, the rooms are swept, and you have photographs that show it is ready.
I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Very nice guys. They were on time, very polite and worked very fast and clean. They left no mess, went above and beyond. Our garden hasn’t looked so tidy in years.
Very professional trustworthy team.
I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!!
The whole team were totally amazing! From
the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy.
We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them.
To the whole team, thank you!

A void is usually a property nobody is standing in. The agent, a key safe or a neighbour lets us in, and we lock up after.
You do not have to drive over to check. The photographs show every room empty.
What a void usually holds
Very few voids are empty. The last occupant took what mattered to them and left the rest: a bed frame and a mattress, a sofa too big for the next flat, a fridge, a chest of drawers with the drawers still full, a loft of boxes that were somebody else's before that, and a garden or a bin store with weeks of bags in it. Sometimes it is a whole furnished property where the occupant simply went. All of it is carried out and goes on the vehicle, nothing is left at the kerb or in the bin store for the neighbours to complain about, and the rooms are swept behind us so the next trade in, the decorator or the inventory clerk, walks into an empty property. If something turns up that looks as if it matters, papers or anything with a name on it, it is set aside for you rather than loaded, because the person it belonged to may still come asking for it.
More than one property
If you look after more than one property, ring and talk through how you would like them handled.
Where it goes
Everything goes to a transfer station and what can be recycled is recycled. The property is left empty and swept for whoever goes in next.
Questions people ask
Do I need to meet you at the property?
No. The agent, a key safe or a neighbour lets us in and we lock up after.
Will I see that it has been done?
Yes. You get photographs of every room when it is empty, and the keys go back to whoever gave them to us.
Can you clear the garden and the bin store?
Yes. Photograph them with the rest and the quote covers them.
What if something personal is left behind?
Papers and anything with a name on it are set aside for you rather than loaded.
How is a void priced?
A few items or a room is a load size off the price list, from from £99.99. A whole property is quoted separately, in writing, before anything is booked.
Do you work for letting agents as well as landlords?
Yes. Landlords, letting agents and the people who manage property for them all ring us.
