What it covers

A shop that is closing has a deadline, and it is usually the landlord's: the keys go back on a date, and the unit has to be handed back as the lease says, which more often than not means back to a shell. There are two jobs in that, and we price them separately so you only pay for the one you need. A shop clearance takes out what is in it: the stock that did not sell, the shelving, the counters, the stockroom and the office at the back, from £395. A shop strip out takes the fit-out back to the shell as well: the suspended ceiling, the partitions, the flooring and the signage, from £999. Both are priced by the load, never by the day, quoted in writing from photos or a visit, and the unit is left swept. A waste transfer note comes with every commercial job, and we work out of hours if trading next door means we have to. Clearance takes out the contents, from £395. A strip out takes the fit-out back to the shell, from £999. One quote can cover both. Swept and empty, photographed if the landlord wants to see it, on the date the lease says. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.

I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!! The whole team were totally amazing! From the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy. We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them. To the whole team, thank you!
