What it covers
Wait and load is the simple version of rubbish removal. The vehicle pulls up outside, waits while the waste is loaded, and drives away with it, so nothing sits on the drive or the road overnight and there is nothing standing outside for anyone else to add their rubbish to. It suits a clear-out that is happening that day: you have spent the morning dragging things out of the loft and the garage, and you want it gone before the evening. It also suits the jobs where there is nowhere to put anything, a terraced street, a flat with a shared entrance, a shop with no rear access. We do the loading, which is the point, and the price is the load it fills off the list, from £99.99 including VAT, settled before we start. If it turns out to be more than you thought, you are told the new load size before it goes on, not after. A clear-out on the day, a street with no room for anything to stand, or a job where the waste needs to leave the minute it is out of the building. By the load it fills, from the same list as every rubbish removal. The figure is agreed before the loading starts. Anything that can be used again goes to local charities and to people who are homeless, and what can be recycled is recycled.

How long will the vehicle wait?
As long as the loading takes. It is our crew doing it, so it is usually quicker than people expect.
Is it more expensive than a normal collection?
No. It is priced by the load off the same list.
Can you do it today?
When the diary allows. A same-day collection is £20 on top of the load price.
