One or two rooms are a load size off the price list. A whole property is quoted separately, in writing, so you know the figure before the date is booked.
For tenants leaving and landlords between lets. Whatever is left behind, the furniture, the white goods, the bags in the garden, goes on the vehicle and the place is left empty and swept.
More about it
A tenancy ends on a date that does not move. The old sofa is still in the lounge, the fridge is still in the kitchen and the check-out is booked. That is the job: everything out, swept, keys back, before the date.
Our job: a room emptied and swept. Not a stock picture.
I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Very nice guys. They were on time, very polite and worked very fast and clean. They left no mess, went above and beyond. Our garden hasn’t looked so tidy in years.
Very professional trustworthy team.
I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Complete Waste Management were brilliant!!!
The whole team were totally amazing! From
the lovely lady who took our booking and who could not have been more helpful, to the team who came out to do the job. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful and all areas were left clean and tidy.
We would most definitely use Complete Waste Management again and from our experience, we would certainly recommend them.
To the whole team, thank you!

If the agreement says the place goes back empty, anything left behind can cost you at check-out. Send a photo of what is going and we tell you the load size and the price.
Landlords and letting agents
One tenancy has ended and the next starts on a date you cannot move. If the property is between agents we can be let in and lock up after, and you get photographs when it is done.
What gets left behind
It is rarely nothing. The usual list is a mattress or two, a sofa that came with the last tenant and was never taken away, a washing machine that stopped working halfway through the tenancy, bags of clothes in a wardrobe, a garden of black bags that missed the bin day, and a shed or a loft that nobody opened in years. Sometimes it is a whole flat, furnished, with the tenant gone and the keys through the letterbox. All of it comes out in one visit and goes on the vehicle, none of it is left at the kerb for the council or the neighbours, and the rooms are swept behind us as they are emptied so the inventory clerk walks into an empty property. If the carpets or the curtains belong to the landlord, tell us and they stay where they are. If there is any doubt about whether the tenant still wants something, settle that first; once you tell us it is going, it goes. If the keys are with an agent, we can be let in and lock up after, and you get photographs when it is done.
Worth knowing before the date
The check-out time
Ring as early as you can. A date we know about is a date we can plan for.
Getting in
Keys from the agent, a lockbox or somebody on site: tell us which.
What stays
Carpets, curtains or white goods that belong to the landlord, so they are not loaded by mistake.
Where it goes
Everything goes to a transfer station and what can be recycled is recycled. Nothing is left at the kerb for the next tenant to find.
Questions people ask
How close to the check-out date can you come?
Tell us the date as soon as you know it and we work back from it. The tighter the date, the sooner you should ring.
The tenant left furniture behind. Can you take it?
Yes. If there is any question about whether they still want it, sort that out first. Once you tell us it is going, it goes.
Do I need to be there?
No. If the keys are with an agent, we can be let in and lock up after, and you get photographs when it is done.
Can you take the carpets and curtains?
Yes, if they are going. Check what belongs to the landlord first and tell us what stays.
How is an end of tenancy clearance priced?
A room or two is usually one of the load sizes on the price list, from from £99.99. A whole house or flat is quoted separately, in writing. Nothing to pay until the job is done.
Can you clear the garden and the shed too?
Yes, in the same visit. Photograph them with the rest and the quote covers them.
