A loft clearance is mostly a question of getting things down safely. Boxes come down the ladder one at a time, the boards are cleared, and anything you want to look through first is left in a room for you rather than loaded.
I've used this service twice to collect bulky rubbish from my front garden and they've been fantastic both times. Very quick service, take very bulky items and very quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Going through it first
Lofts hold the things a family meant to sort out one day: the boxes from the last move that were never unpacked, children's toys and school books, suitcases inside suitcases, a cot, a rolled rug, the decorations, old lamps, a box of papers that might be important and might be nothing. Most people would rather not spend a weekend on a ladder finding out. If there are boxes you want to go through first, say which, and they are brought down and left in a room for you instead of going on the vehicle; everything else comes down the hatch one load at a time, is carried out through the house and is taken away. A loft is priced off the load sizes on our own price list, so the figure is on the page before you ring, and a photograph or two through the hatch is usually enough to tell you which load it is. The garage and the shed can come on the same visit: photograph them with the loft and the price covers them.
Photographing a loft
Stand on the ladder with your head through the hatch and take one photograph each way. Two or three are usually enough.
Where it goes
What can be recycled is recycled, and the rest goes to a transfer station. Boxes you want to keep stay in the house.

Do I need to bring anything down first?
No. Everything comes down the hatch and out of the house, and you do not go up the ladder.
The loft has no ladder. Can you still clear it?
Say so when you ask for the price, with the size of the hatch, and we will tell you what the job needs.
How do I know which load size it is?
Send two or three photographs through the hatch on WhatsApp and we tell you the load and the price.
How much is a loft clearance?
It is priced off the load sizes on the price list, from from £99.99, including VAT. Nothing to pay until the job is done.
Can you do the loft and the garage on the same visit?
Yes, and the shed. Photograph them all and the price covers them.
Will you take things I am not sure about?
Anything you want to check first is left in a room for you instead of being loaded.
