The district's special collection is a household service, and its excluded list reads like a strip-out inventory: building waste, worktops, fixtures, fittings, carpet, glass, fence panels. There is no reading of it that covers a unit going back to shell or a barn coming out.
So it is loaded, carried away and disposed of properly at a transfer station, with whatever can be recycled separated first. You have the load size and the figure in writing before we begin.

Yes, and they are a regular job out this way. Tell us what the access is like and whether anything in there needs separating.

Almost every commercial job in this town is shaped that way. We work to short stops at the kerb and clear as we go rather than stacking anything on the pavement.
Has a business here got any council option at all?
No. Essex sites refuse trade waste, Waltham Abbey refuses rubble from anybody, and the special collection is for households. A transfer station is where it ends up.
