Letchworth's county recycling centre is on Blackhorse Road, which makes it closer than most towns get. It is also closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, open only to vehicles with an ePass, which has to be a van and trailer pass for anything bigger than a car, and it will not take business waste. The garden city's long gardens and big hedges produce a lot of green waste, and its older houses produce a lot of refit waste, and both outgrow a car boot quickly. That is the work we do here: the hedge that has been cut back hard, the garden being relaid, the kitchen out on the drive, the garage cleared before a move. Loaded from where it is, taken on one visit, and priced by the load off our list, from £99.99 including VAT. Blackhorse Road needs an ePass, closes two days a week and refuses business waste. We need none of it. Loads priced before we start, paid when they have gone.
