Langston Road, and a motorway junction that only works one way
Loughton's modern commercial ground is Langston Road at Debden. Epping Forest Shopping Park sits there with over three hundred parking bays, a short walk from Debden station on the Central line, and the industrial road runs alongside it. The thing worth knowing before anybody quotes a job there is the road. It is close to junction 5 of the M11, but you can only leave the motorway northbound and join it southbound, so half of every arrival and departure is on local roads whichever way you are coming from. No. Essex sites take household waste only, and Chigwell also refuses rubble and will not book vans in. A transfer station takes it.
