Hertfordshire County Council does not accept business waste at its recycling centres, and the ePass terms say the same thing in plainer words: waste from businesses, charities or other organisations will not be accepted. A registered business address cannot hold an ePass at all.
So commercial clearance from this town goes to a transfer station. It is loaded, taken away and disposed of, and what can be recycled is recycled, with the load size and the figure agreed in writing first.

Can you work before the shops open?
Yes, and on the restricted streets that is normally the plan rather than the exception. Give us the window and it is quoted to fit inside it.
Our unit is on Woodside. Can we not just use the tip there?
No. It is a household site and business waste is refused, whichever gate you arrive at and however close the unit is.
Do you take the racking and shopfittings as well?
Yes. The fittings coming out and going away is one job, not a strip out followed by a separate clearance.
