The council's large item collection is not an alternative either. It takes five items or fewer, nothing electrical, nothing with glass or mirrored parts, and nothing two people cannot carry. It is a household service and it is written as one. The council also warns that items left in the wrong place or without being booked can be treated as fly-tipping with a £400 fixed penalty attached, which is worth knowing before anything is stacked on a pavement.
So a Chingford strip-out goes on a vehicle and to a transfer station, sorted, with the load size and the figure in writing before anything starts. Inside the ULEZ the £12.50 line is on that quote rather than added later.

Can we use South Access Road for shop waste?
No. The site's own page says it does not accept trade waste and asks for proof of residence. A transfer station handles it instead.
The unit is above a shop that is still trading.
That is how nearly every commercial job in this town is shaped. We work around the trading hours and clear as we go rather than stacking anything in the shared entrance.
Is ULEZ charged separately?
It has its own published line, £12.50, for an address in the zone, and it is written on the quote from the beginning.
